Black Morning Star Records is very pleased to announce the signing of Virginia deathmetal band Dead Syndicate.

Dead Syndicate has spent the last few years making a big name for themselves in the VA/MD/DC area, opening for every major deathmetal show that has made its way through. This summer their hard work paid off when they landed an extremely coveted spot opening for Emperor in New York, one of one four US shows by the blackmetal superstars. Dead Syndicate showed the world why they deserved their shot when they began the night with a crushing set to get the crowd ready for the headliners.

Now Dead Syndicate is about to embark on the next phase of their career, having signed with Black Morning Star Records, and preparing to enter the studio to record their debut full length album.
In November, Dead Syndicate will spend two weeks recording at Nightsky Studios with metal veteran and studio wizard Ron Vento (Aurora Borealis.) Ron and Nightsky have recorded some legendary metal artists such as Derek Roddy, Tony Laureano and Tim Yeung. The release date has not been set, but Black Morning Star is planning for a late January release. Stay tuned for more announcements.
